I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you for trusting us with your four-footed family members while you are away.  We strive to provide them with a setting that, although not their home, comes as close as possible to that.   With that in mind, I wanted to announce a couple of changes that will help us improve even more.

  • We are offering a 10% Military discount on all services.  A valid military ID, or proof of service, just needs to be shown at your next reservation.  We deeply thank all military members and their families for their service.
  • We will be changing our Saturday morning hours effective 6 Jan.  Instead of an 8am sharp pick up and a 9-10 am drop off, we will have both drop off and pick up between 7-9am, just like on weekdays.  Saturday evening hours will remain unchanged from 5-6pm.
  • There have been many questions regarding use of our ProPet Client Portal.  It is not required, but just another tool to help you manage your accounts in this technological world.  There will be a separate email sent with some helpful hints shortly. I will also be launching on line payments in the next couple of days on the portal as well.  More info to follow.
  • We have a very long waiting list for Christmas and are looking at several ways to accommodate more clients.  We did a test run on one idea this Thanksgiving and will be contacting folks individually to see if they would be willing to try this for Christmas.  We will also be contacting folks to collect deposits to reserve their room in the next week.  More to follow on this topic as well.
