As previously announced, on line payments are now active on our customer portal.
This is not mandatory, just another tool available to you to use if you so choose. The credit card processing company (Payfirma) and our online booking service (ProPet) has partnered for many years to provide this service reliably and securely for many other businesses.
Your card information will be stored securely with the credit card processing company and only the card type and last four numbers will be visible on propet. You can delete, change and add cards whenever you need to.
Like now, your card will not be charged until you check out, put a deposit down, or if you wish to pay in advance.
If you wish to add a credit card to your account, log in to the customer portal, go to “my account” and select “payment info”. You will be prompted to add in your card information.
