Thank you so much for your understanding these last couple of months as we’ve been dealing with staffing issues and the inability to confirm boarding bookings. While I do not have a complete workforce yet, I have enough confidence to open some rooms at this time.
At this time, we will be able to honor ALL PREVIOUSLY CONFIRMED boarding bookings starting 1 October or later. You will receive an updated email from us for these bookings asking that you confirm if you still need it or if you made other arrangements. This way you will know your actual booking status.
For those customers with PENDING reservations starting 1 October or later: you will be emailed individually to inform you of your booking status. We will be working on these over the next week. We will start with October bookings and proceed chronologically. Please give us some time to get to your booking, but if you haven’t heard from us by the end of September, please contact us.
We are still closed to new clients, but we hope to open that up as we get additional staff on board.
