Our lobby area is open for business during the hours listed below. These hours are limited so that we can spend more time caring for your pets. There are NO drop off or pick ups allowed outside of these hours.

Drop-off and pick-up 7-8 a.m.
Drop-off and pick-up 5-6 p.m.
*NOTE - Even though our client portal will give you a specific time (ie 7:30), you can come any time during the above specified time periods
