I hope this finds everyone still safe and healthy.
I want to again thank everyone for the support and encouragement you’ve been providing us through this challenging time. I hope we can do the same for you.
We will continue to be open for business with our revised hours (7-8am and 5-6pm) and staffing.
I am pursuing all options that are available to me to remain open for our clients. We will never sacrifice the safety or health of our clients or their pets, while continuing to provide the same quality of service we always have.
I have always offered a military discount, but am extending this discount to include first responders. This will be a permanent change. Please email us directly (office@canine-campus.com) if you fall into this category so we can make the change to your account. We appreciate everything you do for us every day of the year.
I am also offering a temporary discount to all healthcare workers during this crisis. This will be in effect until such time as the crisis is abated. Please email us directly (office@canine-campus.com) if you fall into this category so we can make the change to your account. We greatly appreciate your dedication and selfishness taking care of our loved ones during this pandemic.
We are still offering virtual gift cards. Please email us directly (office@canine-campus.com) if you would like to purchase one. These will be available through the end of May.
- $50 (you pay $45)
- $100 (you pay $87)
- $200 (you pay $170)
- $500 (you pay $400)
Since many groomers are closed, I wanted to remind you that we are still offering baths and brushing as an additional a la carte item while they are in daycare or boarding. You can order this service via your client portal or call or email us.
WI State parks are closing as of this evening, 9 April. All of Kettle Moraine (including Lapham Peak, Pike Lake, Loews Lake, northern & southern units) and several others. See https://dnr.wi.gov/topic/parks/ for a complete list. I have not heard about Waukesha County Parks. I am investigating the possibility of opening our back field and/or our exercise yards for clients to safely exercise their dogs alone, but need to address issues of social distancing, parking, scheduling, staffing and compliance with the “safer at home order”. This also could not interfere with or impact our regular day care or boarding business. In order to proceed, I would like to know if there is even any interest from our clients. Please respond via email to office@canine-campus.com ONLY if this is a service you would actually pay us to provide for you.
I will be providing information and links to several on line programs in the next couple of days that you can purchase and work on from home. More information to follow on this.
I am here to help you with your pet needs. If you have a special situation that you need help with, please email us directly (office@canine-campus.com) to see if we might be able to help. I can’t guarantee anything, but we will do our best to help, or refer you to someone who might be able to.
Please be safe and stay healthy. Give your dogs and cats a hug from us…we miss them.
Mary
