There have been some questions with using our ProPet Client portal, so I wanted to provide a couple helpful hints for you. I hope this helps, but please feel free to call if you still are having problems.  Mary

  • If you are a current client of ours, DO NOT sign in as a new user.  Sign in as an existing client who has forgotten your password.  You will be sent a temporary password and then asked to change it.
  • All accounts are identified by the email address we have on file.  If you are unsure of the email we have or have a new one, call or send us an email using the address you want on file.  Once we update your account, you will be able to log in as an existing user who has forgotten his password.
  • Each boarding and Day Care reservation includes one 15 minute play session.  The a la carte activities are in addition to this.  The a la carte activities need to be the total number you want during the stay, not how many you want per day.  For example:  If your stay includes four days, and you want one exercise and one walk per day, you would order a total of 4 a la carte walks.  If you want two exercise and alternate a walk and scent game as a third exercise, you would order 4 exercises, 2 walks and two scent games on the booking. If you are unsure, just give us a call or email and we will work with you to get it right.
  • You can upload vaccinations directly onto the site.  It needs to be a .pdf version somewhere on your computer so you can upload the file.  You can enter the dates and we will be notified to validate them.
  • You can also upload pictures in the same fashion.
